My name is Alexandre Blocker, a citizen of Earth of diverse origins,

I have practiced martial arts on and off for approximately 17 years, with a particular passion and deeper dedication to internal arts such as Qi Gong, Taiji Quan, XinYiQuan, BaguaZhang, and Nei Gong for the past 11 years. This interest in developing internal energy and the Spirit resonates with my practice and initiation into Amazonian shamanic medicine.

Having graduated with a master's degree in Anthropology from ULB, I lived for several years in the Peruvian Amazon with the Shipibo people and learned with teaching plants under the guidance of a family of healers.

Since then I have worked as a therapist and geobiologist, offering meetings, ceremonies and initiations, as well as courses and workshops, and I make bespoke healing flutes and medicinal perfumes...

My practice is therefore at the crossroads between the shamanism of the Taoist tradition and Native American spirituality, doing my best to create bridges between these paths which ultimately have many points in common.

Seeing these two traditions and particular paths meet within me has been very enriching.

I see in this "shamanic" path (the term unfortunately being very catch-all and connotative), present at the roots of human spirituality a potential for inner transformation, for broadening of consciousness and perception and of its creative power, but most importantly: an initiatory path made of humility, respect and wonder seeking balance in the center of one's heart to live happily and in harmony with the Great All.

As part of the Breath of Life Workshops, it is with joy that I propose to share with you a very ancient practice of Taoist Shamanic Qi Gong.
